资源简介:
Data were collected in six headwater reaches of the lowland catchment of the Hampshire River Avon (UK), specifically on Chalk River Ebble and River Wylye, Greensand River Nadder and West Avon, and clay River Sem and Sem Tributary River Priors between May 19th and June 5th 2015. The setup consists of a floating LiCor Long-Term Chamber (Model 8100-101; total volume 6.29 L) connected to a Cambell Scientific Datalogger (CR800-Series) for chamber control and data logging. Fluxes were computed as the initial linear increase in both CO2 and CH4 at 10 min intervals. An r2 value of 0.9 was used as quality cut-off (i.e., quality check) to flag weak regressions. A more comprehensive description of the datasets is available from the manuscript below. Rovelli L., L. A. Olde, C. M. Heppell, A. Binley, G. Yvon-Durocher, R. N. Glud, M. Trimmer.
