This repository contains data and code associated with the study: Thermal conditions and habitat size explain elevational range shift of the northern pika The repository is organized into two components: Historical occurrence records of the northern pika (Ochotona hyperborea) in Hokkaido, Japan, compiled from published literature and technical reports. Analysis data and reproducible R code used to perform site selection, occupancy analyses, elevational distribution analyses, and figure generation presented in the manuscript.
