This dataset contains raw experimental data from virus replication kinetics and cytokine expression analyses conducted in <i>hTERT-FBEC</i> (ferret bronchial epithelial cells) and <i>hTERT-PBEC</i> (pig bronchial epithelial cells) using various influenza virus strains. The data are organized into four Excel files:<b>FBEC-cytokine expression:</b><br>This file contains the cytokine expression data (including IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, and IFN-α) for all influenza virus strains tested in hTERT-FBEC cells. The virus strains include 21 reassortant canine influenza strains, 4 control influenza strains, and 1 reassortant canine influenza strain constructed in this study.<b>PBEC-cytokine expression:</b><br>This file contains cytokine expression data (including IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, and IFN-α) for the same set of influenza virus strains tested in hTERT-PBEC cells.<b>FBEC-growth curve:</b><br>This file contains virus replication kinetics data for all influenza virus strains in hTERT-FBEC cells, showing the growth curves across different time points.<b>PBEC-growth curve:</b><br>This file contains virus replication kinetics data for all influenza virus strains in hTERT-PBEC cells, showing the growth curves across different time points.These files provide detailed, unprocessed numerical data that form the basis for the analysis of influenza virus replication dynamics and cytokine responses in the manuscript.
