Dataset for: Retinal neurovascular and mitochondrial function signatures related to cognition improvement following yoga exercise in older adults

This dataset contains the anonymized participant-level data associated with the manuscript "Retinal neurovascular and mitochondrial function signatures related to cognition improvement following yoga exercise in older adults,"submitted for publication. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, retinal hemodynamic measurements, optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) metrics, retinal flavoprotein fluorescence measurements, retinal thickness measurements, and cognitive test outcomes used in the statistical analyses. Variable definitions and abbreviations are provided in the accompanying data dictionary. All direct identifiers have been removed. The dataset contains the minimum anonymized data necessary to reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript while protecting participant confidentiality.
