Transcriptome sequencing data of yellow peach (Prunus persica L. cv. Huangjinmi) pericarp (PRJCA017106)

The yellow peach (Prunus persica L. cv. Huangjinmi) was planted in Gongan County, Jingzhou, Hubei Province. Fruit samples were collected at 90 (D1), 105 (D2) and 120 (D3) days after flowering. Nine peach trees with consistent growth and fruit production were randomly divided into three groups (i.e., three replicates) and 27 fruits were collected randomly from each group using a randomized group design. The 0.5 mm-thick peel was collected from the fruit surface and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80?C.
