Exon-capture data of side-blotched lizards (Uta stansburiana) living on and off of the Pisgah Lava Flow

The Pisgah Lava Flow population of side-blotched lizards is distinct from nearby populations in having melanic coloration. Exon-capture data was gathered for 52 individuals from both on and off of the Pisgah Lava Flow to identify genes with high amounts of genetic differentiation between the two populations. Candidate genes that could affect coloration were then searched for among the genes that were the most differentiated between the two populations.
