RNA-Seq of vehicle- vs LPS-treated primary BMDMs from WT or interleukin-1alpha nuclear localisation sequence mutant mice

We generated a mouse with a mutated IL-1alpha nuclear localisation sequence, causing loss of pro-IL-1alpha nuclear localisation. We tested whether this loss of nuclear pro-IL-1alpha affected the transcriptional response of primary BMDMs to LPS priming. Primary BMDMs from WT or mNLS mice were treated with vehicle or LPS (1ug/ml, 4h).
