BMC-clean data, code, figure sources and supplementary computational controls for a registered preclinical systematic review of flavonoid monomers in experimental pulmonary fibrosis
收藏资源简介:
This BMC-clean version supports the manuscript entitled: Senescence-related anti-fibrotic effects of traditional medicinal plant-derived flavonoid monomers in pulmonary fibrosis: a registered preclinical systematic review and meta-analysis with secondary in silico mechanism prioritization. The archive contains de-identified extracted arm-level data, study-level characteristics, PRISMA screening materials, excluded-record tables, SYRCLE risk-of-bias source data, canonical result tables, figure source data, regenerated BMC submission figures, embedded figure exports, reproducibility scripts, and screening-level docking-control materials. The quantitative synthesis is presented as a registered preclinical systematic review. Hydroxyproline and Ashcroft score are the registered co-primary in vivo fibrosis outcomes. The all-endpoint pooled estimate is provided as an exploratory global signal. Network pharmacology, molecular docking and molecular-dynamics outputs are included only as secondary mechanism-prioritization materials and should not be interpreted as direct evidence of target engagement or clinical efficacy.
