This dataset contains graphpad prism files used to generate figures for the manuscript

The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy

Included are two .zip format files, containing

1) All .pzfx format prism files (containing data as indicated by filename)

2) All exported graphs used to prepare figures

A third file (data key.xlsx) contains a key to all variable names and sample codes used in these analyses
