SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

This article analyzes the leading socio-psychological factors influencing the formation and development of students' professional interests in higher education. The study examined the relationship between students' intrinsic motivation, macro- and microsocial environments, family values, the educational and psychological climate at the university, and the level of self-reflection. Based on the identified patterns, a system for stabilizing the professional interests of future specialists was developed.
