The diapause-like colorectal cancer cells induced by SMC4 attenuation are characterized by low proliferation and chemotherapy insensitivity[scRNA-seq]

We used single-cell sequencing to detect tumor cell types in mouse subcutaneous MC38 colorectal cancer Solid tumors from mice were excised and mechanically dissociated into single cells using Tumor Dissociation Kit (SHBio). Single cells were captured in the 10 × Genomics Chromium Single Cell Solution, and RNA-seq libraries were prepared following the manufacturer’s protocol (10 × Genomics). The libraries were subjected to high-throughput sequencing on an Illumina Hiseq X Ten PE150 platform, and 150-bp paired-end reads were generated.
