Identification of the differently expressed genes regualted by PD0325901 and Danofloxacin

Mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) treated by 1 µM PD0325901 and 10 µM Danofloxacin (named PDF) can matain undifferentiated state in vitro. To identify the differently expressed genes regulated by them, mESCs treated with PD0325901 (PD) and PDF for 12 h and 24 h were sent to do transcriptome sequencing. These results will extend our outstanding of the regulatory network of ESC pluripotency. Overall design: ESCs cultured in PD and PDF conditions were collected by using Trizol. Two repeat groups were set for each treatment group. These samples were sent to MajorBIO (Shanghai, China) company to do deep sequencing by using illumina Hiseq.
