Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare the LGE-derived cells changes gene expression pfofiles between controls and Zfhx3 conditional knockout mice Methods: Total RNA was isolated and sequenced using an illumina high-seq 2500. Raw data was analyzed using TopHat. Genes were considered significantly changed whicn perform P value <= 0.05 Results: Compared to controls, 1620 genes were significantly down regulated, and 2108 genes were up regulated in the RNA expression level of the mutant LGE.
