资源简介:
The architecture of the microbial community of periodontal tissues in three groups (periodontitis, gingivitis, oral health) of young people aged 18-19 years permanently residing in the city of Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia) was analyzed. Based on obtained results we propose some markers of bacterial dysbiosis leading to the transition of intact periodontium to the gingivitis and periodontitis affected tissues. In a course of inflammatory disease in city juveniles, a decrease in the relative abundance of dominate genera Rothia and Streptococcus along with increase of TM7 group in comparison to intact tissue was observed. Also, the increase of red complex representatives Porphyromonadeceae, Treponema and Tannerella was detected together with statistically significant increase of Filifactor, Parvimonas, Peptostreptococcaceae, Veillonellaceae, Tissierelaceae and Mogibacteriaceae.
