Transcriptomic profiling of CL1-0 and CL1-5 cells with altered LCRMP-1 expression revealed that LCRMP-1 promotes angiogenesis by regulating angiogenesis facotr transcription, implicating its role as a transcriptional co-regulator in lung cancer progression. CL1-0 LCRMP-1 overexpressing cells (clone 1 and clone 2) were compared with CL1-0 Vector control cells. CL1-5 LCRMP-1 silencing cell was compared with CL1-5 Scramble control cell. Each experimental condition for all cell lines was performed with two biological replicates. Please note that each sample data was generated from both replicates.
