This Physical Education Branch folder contains a copy of a 1966 submission with appendices sent from the Director of Physical Education and Executive Member of the National Fitness Council to the Minister for Education. The submission requested the Minister’s consideration for another agency to be approached with regard to awarding a diploma in light of the Commonwealth National Fitness Council’s decision not to award a diploma to the Australian Recreation Leadership Course.
