Glioblastoma with high O6-methyl-guanine DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) expression are more immunologically active than tumors with low MGMT expression tumors

The objective of this study is to clarify the immunological features of the primary GBM with MGMT expression, which has a poor prognosis and few effective treatment methods. By integrating ttranscriptome data and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes culture, the immunological tumor microenvironment based on MGMT status was analyzed.
