Example microCT dataset to accompany MitiSegmenter software, for the high throughput segmentation of samples microCT scanned in microtiter plates.<br>Example specimens comprise tail vertebrae from archaeological scombrid (tuna family) fish remains.<br>Dataset comprises an 8-bit tiff stack of two microtiter plates (3x2 wells, and 6x4 wells) arranged vertically. Scan has been downsampled to a voxel size of 0.0951mm.
