资源简介：
we fed C57BL/6 mice with HFD for 8weeks. Then one group mice were treated with BMP9 by intraperitoneal injection. We found that BMP9 expression downregulated in HFD mice;BMP9 reduced obesity, improved glucose handling ability and alleviated liver steatosis in HFD mice.Then we observed the changes of chromatin accessibility of HFD mice after BMP9 treatment by ATAC-seq.
