This file is an edited version of the spreadsheet shared by Cameron Neylon on figshare:

The original dataset listed the name of the publisher, as reported by the institution.
The Wellcome Trust does not impose any name authority control on this field, so the same publishers were listed in different ways, for example, OUP, Oxford University Press, and O.U.P.
In this spreadsheet I refined the Publisher field so the same publishers were not listed in different ways. This was done manually and inconsistencies might remain.
This file also includes a second sheet called Totals by Publisher (Selection) looking at the totals and max and min APCs for a selection of 11 major publishers.
