ddRAD sequencing across multiple bird species and populations in northern Australia. Meliphagides

The goal of this project is to characterize how current and historical geographic connectivity could influence population structure, divergence, and gene flow across the speciation continuum. To address this we sequenced ddRAD libraries from eight bird species complexes codistributed in four populations in northern Australia and Papua New Guinea.
