Measurements were performed under WP2-3. The main purpose of the research is conversion MoOx thin films in order to obtain MoS2 layers using thermal annealing in H2S atmosphere. Raman measurements were performed in order to confirm material transformation. Data set contains 5 spectra, one for as-deposited MoOx film (first two columns) and four spectra corresponding to different points on the surface of annealed sample. Parameters of the annealing process are 400℃, 30 min, in H2S ambient. Raman shift columns unit in cm-1, Raman intensities in a.u.
