Plastanno: reference databases

Reference databases required to run Plastanno — a hybrid, self-evaluating chloroplast-genome (plastome) annotator. The archive contains the genus-representative BLAST database, per-gene reference proteins (Exonerate), profile HMMs, a taxonomically tiered tRNA database, an intron-exon database, and full-length rRNA databases.
