Whole exome sequencing was performed on primary cultures of mouse lymphoma B cells derived from the lambda-MYC transgenic strain. WXS were performed on representative cases of lymphomas expressing the B cell antigen receptor (BCR), or defective of the BCR . The latter tumors were selected on the basis of their ability to compete in vitro with their BCR-positive counterparts.
