UCSCXenaShiny Extra Data Repository

This is the extra data repository for UCSCXenaShiny project. All datasets are obtained either from public database UCSC Xena/GDC portal, or publications. The datasets are cleaned and stored in RData format and most regarding data source can be obtained by `attr(obj, "data_source)"` in R.
