Longitudinal LARC Acceptors Study Senegal: Follow-up Dataset

This dataset includes follow-up data for 1245 women who accepted a long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) method at baseline. Follow-up interviews were conducted at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months post-receipt. At each follow-up, women were asked about whether they were still using the same method they received at baseline and side effects or problems they experienced. The study was conducted from February 2018 and April 2019 in 28 sites in four regions of Senegal: Dakar, Thiès, Kaffrine and Diourbel. Selection was stratified by service delivery channel to ensure broad representation of the various contexts where women may obtain LARCs. The three channels are public clinics, social franchises, and mobile clinics. Refer to the data documentation for how to merge these data with the baseline, and other relevant information.
