Long-term estrogen deprived HCC-1428/LTED breast cancer cells in HD medium were treated with DMSO vehicle or 500 nM entinostat for 24 hours, and then co-treated +/- 1 nM E2 for 1.5 hours. CUT&RUN was performed for ER in triplicate samples. CUT&RUN for H3K9me and IgG was performed as positive and negative controls.
