Deep Brain Stimulation in the Morris Water Maze

The following contains behavioural data from a study, in which rats underwent theta-burst deep-brain stimulation, inside a Morris Water Maze. Matlab is required for accessing and displaying this data. The following files are included:README.txt Instructions of useMWMperf.matAll of the rat performance data, as extracted from the video-tracking software "Smart" by Panlab. The data is stored inside a structure, which can be accessed manually in Matlab.MWM_proc_data.mRun this program in Matlab, for displaying the data and performing statistics.
