The data are provided in SAS format. The key variable is cust_mo in mo_data1 file, which is used for cross-sectional analysis. The other key variable is custom_orient5 in new_cust_measure file, which is estimated each fiscal year for each firm and used for panel data regression analysis. The embargo is applied as the data are currently used a part of an ongoing research project.
Datafiles are embargoed until the completion of the research project 31/12/2027
