Thymic output estimated by the amount of T-cell receptor excision circles in the Milieu Intérieur cohort

Levels of T-cell receptor excision circles (a surrogate marker of thymopoiesis) were quantified for 979 subjects from the Milieu Intérieur cohort by qPCR on peripheral blood, leading to a dataset of 979 subjects x 20 TREC variables. The data were collected to characterize the variability of thymic function using quantification of T cell receptor excision circles (TRECs) in peripheral blood T cells as a surrogate marker of thymopoiesis.
The dataset includes a txt file containing the processed data, in the form of a matrix with 979 subjects as rows, and 20 TREC measurements as columns.
