This research project aims at addressing a current research gap related to the wind performance of elevated structures and their vulnerability during strong windstorms and hurricanes. The project investigates, using large scale wind tunnel testing, the aerodynamics of elevated, partially-elevated, and slab-on-grade residential buildings.
