To examine the possible regulatory effects of the Dnmt2-dependent small RNAs on a transcriptome level, we injected WT or Dnmt2 null sperm into the oocytes from either WT or Kit heterozygous mice. It should be noted that all oocytes are WT in genotype, the Kit +/copGFP or Kit +/+ indicates the genotypes of the mother. The zygotes are collected at the PN3/PN4 stage and single-cell mRNA sequencing was performed.
