资源简介:
The files contained in this dataset correspond to the neuroimaging data and experimental paradigms performed in a patient undergoing awake brain surgery for tumor removal in February 2020 at the Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge. In general terms, the experimental paradigm consisted in the presentation of the words ROJO (red in Spanish) or AZUL (blue in Spanish) printed in either red or blue ink color. The patient was instructed to press either a left or right button when the ink color was either red or blue, respectively, ignoring the word itself. After each trial, a visual feedback was presented showing either a green tick (correct feedback) or a red cross (incorrect feedback), which could either be congruent or incongruent with respect to the patient's performance. This task was performed during the acquisition of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), to detect relevant brain areas for feedback processing in terms of blood oxygenation levels, as well as during electrical stimulation mapping (ESM), which consists of applying an electrical current in the brain surface during the realization of a functional task inside the operating room during awake brain surgery procedures.
