This updated Zenodo version supports the Physica D submission entitled "Response-symbol topology switching and shell selection in fractional nonlocal Gross--Pitaevskii dynamics". The archive contains the datasets, figure sources, final supplementary figures, and scripts supporting the response-symbol topology-switching mechanism, including scalar response-symbol tables, shell-averaged time-dependent diagnostics, three-dimensional robustness diagnostics, angular-uniformity diagnostics, shell-to-gap time traces, Supplementary Figs. S1--S2, and reproduction instructions for the submitted version.
