We have previously demonstrated that necroptotic DAMPs can promote HNSCC-cell invasion and metastasis in vitro and in vivo. However the underlying mechanisms still remain unclear. To reveal how necroptotic DAMPs affect the surrounding tumor cells, we used RNA-seq to analyze the transcriptomic alterations in SCC25 cells treated with apoptotic (TS), necrotic (FT) and necroptotic (TSZ) DAMPs.
