Supplementary data "Floating litter as a vector for marine organism dispersal: spatio-temporal patterns and variation"

Dataset compiling the measurements carried out in the Ocean Travelers II collaborative science project. This Excel file consists of four sheets: 1) a description of the references used in the columns, 2) data on search time, number of participants, and total items collected per beach, 3) data on items by material that float or sink, with and without biofouling, and 4) presence/absence of taxonomic groups on floating and non-floating items, including size in cm and object type. Each beach is georeferenced with its coordinates, so data can be filtered by beach and sampling period between April 2024 and February 2025.
