Analysis of anthropometric and cytokine immunoassay data pertaining to HIV-exposed and HIV-unexposed infants

These datasets contain the statistical analysis output as generated by Stata v17.0 for Windows. The data collected were anthropometric and cytokine concentration measurements for HIV-exposed-uninfected and HIV-unexposed-uninfected infants. The Kruskal-Wallis equality of populations test was used to assess differences between groups, Wilcoxon sign-rank test for differences within groups, Fisher's exact testing to assess the distribution of individuals, and Spearman correlation testing to assess any correlations.
