Global Aggregate size distribution, density and stability dataset and code

This repository contains the custom code and source dataset associated with the following manuscript submitted to Nature Communications: "Micro-scale Aggregate Organization Dictates Global Soil Carbon Stability" This [dataset/codebase] includes all the necessary processed data and scripts to reproduce the findings, figures, and tables presented in the main text and supplementary information of the manuscript. Content Structure AOC_Zenodo: This file contains all the underlying source data for the figures presented in the main text and the Supplementary Information of the manuscript. The file names and internal spreadsheet tabs correspond one-to-one with the respective figures in the paper to ensure full transparency and reproducibility. AOC_Code: This contains the custom computer codes, scripts, and analysis pipelines used to process data and generate the findings in both the main text and the Supplementary Information of the manuscript.
