数据库的时间范围为2018年12月-2022年11月,数据内容包括磷酸铁锂电池不同温度不同倍率的充放电容量、全生命周期的内阻和功率等参数,以及三元电池全生命周期中容量、内阻、产热等参数。对磷酸铁锂电池,以力神20Ah磷酸铁锂动力电池为研究对象,开展稳态性能指标试验。以1/3C倍率作为初始容量,将70%初始指标作为限值,测试不同倍率、不同温度条件下的放电容量、充电容量等参数。同时测试其瞬间充放电的能力,包括直流内阻和放电功率等。对于三元电池,在恒温25℃环境下开展标准循环寿命,并以容量保持率为试验截止条件,当容量衰减至目标保持率(90%到40%(间隔10%))时停止循环试验,开展寿命表征指标参数标定试验及内部结构的计算机断层扫描(CT)以及超声扫描等工作。
This database covers a time span from December 2018 to November 2022. The dataset contains parameters including charge-discharge capacity, full-life-cycle internal resistance and power of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries under varying temperatures and charge-discharge rates, as well as full-life-cycle parameters such as capacity, internal resistance and heat generation for ternary lithium batteries. For lithium iron phosphate batteries, the Lishen 20Ah lithium iron phosphate power battery was selected as the test subject for steady-state performance experiments. The capacity measured at 1/3C rate was taken as the initial capacity, with 70% of the initial performance index as the cutoff limit. Discharge capacity, charge capacity and other related parameters under different charge-discharge rates and temperatures were tested. Additionally, its instantaneous charge-discharge capabilities were tested, including direct current (DC) internal resistance and discharge power. For ternary lithium batteries, standard cycle life tests were conducted in a constant-temperature environment at 25°C, with the capacity retention rate serving as the test termination condition. The cycle test was stopped when the capacity decayed to the target retention rate, which ranges from 90% to 40% with a 10% interval. Subsequently, life characterization parameter calibration tests were carried out, along with examinations such as computed tomography (CT) and ultrasonic scanning of the battery's internal structure.
