This study investigates the molecular role of Cpn20, a key co-chaperonin, in plastid function by analyzing transcriptomic changes in 14-day-old seedlings of the cpn20-a knockdown line using RNA-seq. High-quality sequencing generated 45.85 million reads per sample, with 88.6-92.7% alignment rates to the reference genome, ensuring robust data for identifying differentially expressed genes and plastid-related pathways. The findings will enhance our understanding of Cpn20's regulatory mechanisms in plastid development and stress responses, offering insights into plant adaptation and potential biotechnological applications.
