Single-cell RNA-seq of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells in COVID-19

We carried out sex-balanced sampling of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from confirmed COVID-19 inpatients (hospitalized) and outpatients (infected), uninfected close contacts (exposed), and healthy controls. Overall design: We collected 48 PBMC samples from 24 participants in this study. In exposed and infected cohorts, 13 subjects were sampled longitudinally with 2 or 3 samples per individual. Each sample is associated with 3 files of processed data and 12 files of raw data.
