Emissions Inventory Domain - AB617 Path to Clean Air

View from the "Regional Modeling Domain" dataset for the AB617 Richmond/San Pablo emissions inventory boundary, with the view created outside of Socrata using Python. Dataset contains all 1km x 1km CMAQ grid cells that contain parts of the AB617 R/SP emissions inventory domain. Note that this is different than the modeling domain in order to include adjacent sources that may impact the R/SP community.
