The bacterial composition and diversity in silage were determined by high-throughput sequencing. Alpha diversity analysis and Bate diversity analysis showed that the bacterial diversity and abundance in L group were not significantly different from those in CK group, while the bacterial diversity in the LCA group was reduced and its bacterial composition was significantly different from that in the CK group. At the phylum level, the relative abundances of Proteobacteria in the CA and LCA groups were lower than those in the CK and L groups, and those of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes were higher than those in the CK and L groups; At the genus level, the relative abundance of the genus Lactobacillus was higher in the CA and LCA groups compared with the CK and L groups, and the relative abundance of the genus Enterobacter was lower in the CK and L groups.
