Python_DroneImageProcessing_v1.01.ipynb - Juypter notebook used for orthomosaic scaling, rotating, cropping, plot grid assignment, image colour space thresholding and quantification.

field_map.png - Reference images for each orthomosaic with plot labels to assist with plot orientation in the field

ZIP folders by field study containing:

[orthomosaics].jpg - Orthomosaic with filenames by flight date

plot_grid_info.csv - Table containing accession names by plot location

grid_metadata.csv - Metadata CSV containing infromation for parameters chosen for plot grid assignment

output_metadata.csv - Metadata CSV containing infromation for parameters chosen for image thresholding

output.csv - Output CSV containing quantifed green cover by plot
