Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the soil microbiota in lettuce cultivation under the application of various types of fertilizers: biofertilizer, compost-based fertilizer, vermicomposting, organomineral, and NPK fertilizer. Soil samples were collected and analyzed during the months of March and April 2022, in a cultivation located in the city of Cascavel - PR, Brazil. The results will provide insights into how each fertilizer influences the soil's microbial community, with potential implications for soil health and lettuce crop productivity. Detailed analysis of the impact of each fertilizer type aims to optimize agricultural practices in the region, promoting sustainable and productive cultivation.
