Anonymised artifact bundle for a CHR 2027 submission

Supporting data and documentation for a double-blind conference submission on information extraction from the documentary papyri of Greco-Roman Egypt. Contains the 115-document annotated reference set with character offsets, the annotation guidelines, the mined lexicons, the database reference documentation, and the script that regenerates every figure in the paper. Project and model names have been replaced with neutral ones, so identifiers here will not match the eventual public release.
