Datasets of Pseudomonas aeruginosa KNFVi, a Potential Probiotic Isolated from Medicinal Plant (Amaranthus spinosus)

The genome of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain KNFVi was analyzed using an integrated annotation pipeline. The primary genome assembly was annotated with the NCBI Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline (PGAP v6.10). Functional and subsystem-based annotation were performed using the RASTtk server (v2.0), while plant growth–promoting gene prediction was conducted using PGPg_finder v1.1.0 following recommended guidelines.
