Common milkweed gardens increase occupancy by monarch butterflies and other specialist herbivores towards an urban centre

The .zip folder contains an R project, data, and scripts used to develop the manuscript entitled "Common milkweed gardens increase occupancy by monarch butterflies and other specialist herbivores towards an urban centre". The data contains stand and stem characteristics of common milkweed (Asclepias syriaca) across 119 surveyed stands and 1848 surveyed stems, including both garden (maintained) and natural (unmaintained) stands. We also include data on the occurrence of four specialist herbivores on each stem. See the README file for more details.
