In this study, analysis of mRNA sequencing was used to identify potential biological signalling pathways involved in the inhibition of triple negative breast cancer metastasis by ITSN. Overall design: In the study here we collected 6 breast samples from 2 groups (control, 1mg/kg and ITSN groups), each containing 3 replicates, and used them to obtain mRNA expression profiles.
