Genomic and transcriptomic diversity of Penicillium species isolated from in situ and experimental cheese rinds Raw sequence reads. Penicillium species

The goals of this project were to quantify the genomic and transcriptomic diversity of Penicillium species isolated from cheese rinds. Data are from two Penicillium isolates (strain 162_3FA and strain 12) that were isolated from a cheese cave in Vermont, USA. Some data are from genomic resequencing of isolates from an experimental evolution project. Other data are from transcriptomic sequencing of wild-type and evolved mutants.
